This ominous statement was spoken at the beginning of Kelly McGonigal‘s TED Talk in Edinburgh, Scotland. The summer of 2013 saw Kelly take to the stage at TEDGlobal 2013 to reveal a remarkable insight to a challenging experience all humans share.
My desire to see an increase in McGonigal’s TED Talk views prevents me from divulging the punchline, but take a moment to consider what you believe about stress, and then take another moment to have perhaps have those assumptions shattered.
