When I first saw the Impossible Burger, I was blown away. I’ve tried my share of vegeburgers, and I’ve yet to find one that tastes like meat. Sure, there are some that are prety tasty, but Impossible Foods appears to have created something truly original.
I say appears because, at the time of writing, I’ve yet to taste the mouth-watering invention. I’ll be doing everything I can to help bring it across the border to Canada but until then, I can enjoy the cleverness and potential of the Impossible Burger. What a great idea!
